Max Korzh Rocked Istanbul: His Concert at Beşiktaş Stadium Unites Fans from Around the World
Belarusian rapper Max Korzh delivered a vibrant concert in Istanbul, drawing thousands of fans from across the former Soviet Union. The event took place at the famous Beşiktaş Stadium, which seats up to 42,000 spectators. One of the most memorable moments of the evening was the unfurling of the Russian and Ukrainian flags during the performance of the song "Kontrolny." A Belarusian citizen also joined the event, as well as guests from other countries, such as Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Iran, Moldova, Israel, and Latvia.
Particularly noteworthy was the empty space created in the center of the fan zone: instead of the traditional slam, people lined up with the flags of their countries. This spectacle evoked warm responses among Russian-speaking users on social media, who shared videos from the concert.
Max Korzh, 37, was born in Luninets, Belarus. His work has long won the hearts of listeners thanks to hits such as "Live in High," "Endorphin," and "The Sky Will Help Us." Since 2022, the artist has not performed in Russia and Belarus and moved to Europe in the fall of 2024.
